Anna & Nick had a clear vision in their minds, a relaxed family affair with the service held in their local church and a marquee (Joseph Benjamin Marquees) in the grounds of Anna’s parents’ home, all a few strides away and an absolute joy to plan.

Anna wanted her florals to be blue, cream and lilac to work with the mid blue dresses she had chosen for her bridesmaids. Although felt she knew very little about flowers, she did want them to be seasonal, leaving the recommendations to us. Together we decided on a variety of garden style blooms to fit with the setting to create a relaxed feel for the displays. The flowers included roses, stocks, cornflowers, delphiniums, hydrangeas, clematis, and scabious.

It was an absolutely scorching hot, sunny day, challenging as we worked to create the floral columns and big urn displays for the beautiful church. The marquee was dressed with hanging paper lanterns to compliment the colour scheme, and a huge hanging light installation which we draped with a variety of textured foliage. Anna and Nick were keen to use rustic wooden boxes for the table centres all of which were personalised with Anna & Nick’s wedding date and their favourite animals’ names which we had the pleasure of filling with a selection of summery blooms - not a surprising given Anna is a vet!

Here they are, the gorgeous bride and groom, looking absolutely radiant.

Just a short stroll over the bridge (and a little spot of floral manoeuvre) and let the celebrating commence until the stars shine.

Huge thanks to Rachel Lou Photography for sharing her stunning images and a heart felt thanks to Anna & Nick for choosing us to help bring a little floral magic to your big day.

We wish you every happiness, much love,
